1. What products do you sell? We specialize in one thing: foldable laundry baskets. Our baskets are designed to be lightweight, sturdy, and space-saving. They collapse flat for easy storage when not in use, making them perfect for apartments, dorms, or anyone who wants to declutter their laundry area.
2. Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are in the US or Puerto Rico, we will get your basket to you no matter where you are.
3. What are your shipping options and times? Standard shipping costs $15 and takes 7-14 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. After that, the shipping time starts. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time, so your total wait will be a bit longer.
4. What is your return policy? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The basket must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Before returning, please contact us first to initiate the process. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
5. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use that number with the carrier, which may be USPS, UPS, or FedEx, to follow your package's journey. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or contact us for a re-send.
6. Are the baskets really sturdy? Yes. Our baskets are made with a durable fabric and a reinforced frame that holds its shape even when full. They can handle a typical load of laundry without sagging. The handles are reinforced too, so you can carry a heavy basket without worrying about tearing.
7. How do I clean the basket? Most of our baskets are made from machine-washable fabric. Simply unzip the inner liner and toss it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Air dry thoroughly before reassembling. The frame itself can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Always check the care label for specific instructions.
8. Can I use the basket for things other than laundry? Absolutely. While designed for laundry, these baskets are great for storing toys, blankets, books, or even as a portable hamper for camping. Because they fold flat, you can keep one in the car for groceries or beach gear. They are versatile organizers.
